Double entry Russian tourist visa could be issued to the travelers to the CIS countries only. In this case you have to obtain a visa to the country of your final destination first, than you may apply for double entry Russian tourist visa. In order to obtain double entry tourist visa you need to provide of booked air tickets, hotel or cruise reservation showing both entries. Additional fees may apply. Processing Fee* - our processing fee includes tourist voucher/invitation fee and document submission at the consulate by our travel agent and it does not include consulate or shipping fees.

PROCESSING TIME: STANDARD PROCESSING TIME in Russian Consulate is 4 - 20 business days. EXPEDITE PROCESSING TIME in Russian Consulate is 3 business days. The Consulate does not include into processing time the day of the submission.
During the summer time The Russian Consulate General is expecting high volume of applications and the average standard processing time is 10 – 15 business days. In order to expedite overall processing time we need to have the copy of your flight reservation. NOTE: Please, notice that consulate processing time does not include business visa invitation processing. In order to receive the original business visa invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affair of the Russian Federation we need 4 – 7 business days for single/double entry visa and 15 business days for multiple entry visa. RETURN MAILING SERVICE: please, note: we return your documents on the same business day your passport with visa is released by the Russian Consulate. For standard overnight retrun mailing via FedEx, please, enclose additional $30.00 or provide us with your FedEx Account number. For USPS Priority with tracking confirmation (2-3 business days delivery), please, enclose additional $5.00.
